Premium Delivery @ £7.99 (Next Working day) When ordered before 1pm
If you choose and pay for our next working day delivery service before 1pm Monday to Thursday, your order will be processed and dispatched the same day for delivery the next day.
Orders placed on a Friday after 1pm through to Monday before 1pm will arrive on Tuesday.
(Orders placed after 1pm or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day).

RETURNS POLICY

You can return all products purchased from the ShredCo website back to us within 30 days of receipt of your order, providing the products are complete and are in an unused and undamaged condition.
Please note that this returns policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights and therefore doesn’t affect your right of cancellation within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned new, unused and complete.
If in the unfortunate event that your order is received faulty or damaged, please contact our customer services on hello@shredco.co.uk stating your order number, within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds on ANY personalised items. Any order placed using a discount code or purchased in our sale is classed as a discounted item and is therefore non-refundable.
Returns can be made to: ShredCo Ltd, Unit 15 Three Point Business Park, Haslingden, BB4 5EH. Refund Payment will reimbursed to the customer upon receipt of the goods, providing the above criteria is met. (Return postage not included). Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be returned to your account).
